Confirmation and Joining Instructions

Thank you for booking a place onto one of our Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze, Silver or Gold Classes.

Please note THIS IS NOT A BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

We aim to contact customers within 2 working days to confirm your place and send out full booking confirmation and joining instructions. Payments can either be made via our website using the PAY HERE tab at the top of the page or upon receipt of your invoice which we will email to you using the email address you have provided on your booking form.

If you have NOT heard back from us within 48 hours, it may be that our email confirming your place has been put into your junk email folder. Please ensure that you add our training email address sandra@worcesterdogs.co.uk and michelle@worcesterdogs.co.uk to your safe senders list. Unfortunately we have no control over the receipt of emails we send, and we don't want to lose your custom! Please be reassured that we always aim to reply to e-bookings for classes within 2 working days. (Please note that replies may take slightly longer if received over a weekend or during a holiday period.)

Essential information - Puppy training classes

Check you have the correct information for the venue
Please arrive in plenty of time to your class. Arriving late causes stress to yourself and ultimately will lead to your pet feeling stressed too.
On joining you will be given a ‘Welcome Pack’ containing lots of helpful and practical information. It can also be used to add any your weekly ‘Help sheets’ to aid practice at home and other information I give out throughout the course.
Please do not forget to bring lots of poo bags to clean up any unfortunate accidents your dog may have. This is not a problem for anyone as we all appreciate that accidents happen especially in new situations, but from a Health and Safety point of view we need to leave the Hall and GROUNDS as we find them.
Please also bring your normal collar and lead (we do not allow choke chains in our class and chain leads are often difficult to hold), your dog’s favourite toy, titbits, grooming equipment and a rug for relaxation and ‘settle’ training. Having your dog’s favourite toy is great as ‘play’ adds an extra dimension to a dog’s life and can make training fun. With regard to titbits it is always a good idea not to feed your dog immediately before the class and bring the tastiest, scrummiest treat your dog loves! Chicken and chopped sausage are very popular!
