NERVOUSness / ANXIETY / PHOBIAS

Nervousness / Anxiety / Phobias

Whether your dog is scared of fireworks, loud noises, car travel, traffic or anything else, they will need support, guidance
with a huge amount of patience and understanding to overcome their fears.
Dependent on the assessment and discussions with you the number of behaviour sessions can vary.
Often more entrenched fears or challenging fears such as loud noises require additional support to modify and often,
we work alongside your Veterinary Surgeon to a greater extent than with a fear of travelling in a car.
Please get in touch so we can help you decide what is the best plan for your dog
Choose behaviour support from a specialist, qualified,  Dog Behaviourist.

It may be possible for you to claim for your behaviour treatment on your pet’s insurance. Ask us for more information.

COMPARING SERVICES & SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER...

When comparing costs and services, remember to carefully consider:
  • the levels of skill, expertise and academic qualification of the person with whom you will be working (remember - anyone can call themselves a 'behaviourist' ).
  • what is included in the advertised cost – be careful you compare hourly based quotes.
  • what you get BEFORE the consultation (why waste time - and money - going through your dog's history at the consultation when all the basic information can be gathered beforehand on the questionnaire we send to you. We just want to get started doing not just talking at our assessments.
  • that we come to you in your home so we can see the dog in a normal context and help you to get the most out of the session.
  • what you get AFTER the consultation and we continue to support you (written report / action plan, follow-up visits, email support)

We're confident that we excel in each of these aspects and that our behaviour packages are first class – compare us with others and then, like our many satisfied clients, choose us!
