Does your dog sometimes act without thinking? Does he lose his mind when he sees another dog and just wants to run over and play? Does he love everyone and get over excited when he greets people, jumping up and silly? Do they seem to lose all focus and control when there’s something more interesting to play with? Try as you might, your dog is just far more excited with what else is going on than they are with you? Does your dog struggle to focus and listen to you when there are dogs, people or other distractions around? Do they seem to completely ignore you when there is a distraction? Do you find larger group classes stressful? Wish your dog could listen and focus in a group of people or dogs? Then you need CANINE CALMNESS CLASS! Teach your dog to focus on you and ignore distractions. Improve your bond and become the centre of the universe for your canine companion. Show your dog that manners are everything when they meet new people and dogs and that a doggy handshake is much more polite than a slobbering hug! Teaching impulse control is important for their ability to interact with others. Nobody likes to be jumped on, dogs or people, by a muddy wet dog or slobbered all over by an exuberant pooch! Get your halcyon hound, tranquil terrier, serene spaniel or placid pooch. The classes take place at our Training Field in Kempsey. You can find directions and a map on our CONTACT US Page. Our What 3 Words location is https://w3w.co/oddly.firebird.also ADVERSE WEATHER All of our adult dog training classes take place outside and with the British weather being what it is, this occasionally means a class may be postponed in extreme weather conditions e.g. heavy rain, gales, snow or high temperatures. Any postponed lesson will resume as normal the following week which may mean your course runs past its original end date. We will always do our best to run lessons as scheduled to minimise any disruption to your course dates but the safety of our customers and staff has to be our priority.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
