Service Description

It can be upsetting and frustrating (not to mention embarrassing) if your dog lunges, barks or snaps at other dogs when you are out and about. There are many different reasons for this behaviour; it takes a skilled and experienced professional to identify the most appropriate way forward. ​We can help you and your dog, and you can be sure that all the methods we use are kind, proven, ethical and effective. Choose behaviour support from a specialist, qualified, Dog Behaviourist. It may be possible for you to claim for your behaviour treatment on your pet’s insurance. Ask us for more information. What is included: Questionnaire sent in advance of the consultation so on analysis I can plan the assessment Consultation with/ referral from your Veterinary Surgeon Personal consultation (2 hours) at your home to include discussion about the motivation and cause of the behaviour including potential solutions A detailed explanation of the training and behaviour modification steps you will need to follow in order to change the behaviour Written summary of the issues and steps to be taken to tackle the problem) - includes links to videos, websites and other useful resources relevant for you Copy of written report sent to your veterinary surgeon THREE follow up personal 1:1 session of 1 hr TWO follow-up phone calls (25 minutes each) to support and guide you with your personalised plan Access to weekly follow-up support by email for a period of up to 3 months

Cancellation Policy

COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consulatations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. TRAINING CLASSES You can cancel your place at any class 2 weeks prior to the start of class and a full refund will be given. Cancellations 1 week until start of class will be given 50% refund and any cancellations after this date no refund will be offered. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. MASTERCLASSES Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before Masterclass commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before Masterclass commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. A client can reschedule a Masterclass only once and up to 48 hrs before the Masterclass commences.
