At Worcester Dogs we LOVE Spaniels, in fact we are just crazy about them (especially Michelle Taylor who works in the office).Our spaniel Masterclass is for all spaniels and spaniel mixes. Our spaniel Masterclass is for all spaniels and spaniel mixes. So if you have a Cocker, Springer, Sprocker, Springador, Sprollie, Cockapoo, Cavapoo, Cavachon or any other spaniel mix then this Masterclass is for you. We hear spaniels owners asking us to help them with the same things. So what can you expect from this class? * Improve lead walking * Gun Dog Taster * Tackling prey drive * Recall, recall, recall * Learning to be calm and focused * Settle **IF YOUR DOG IS REACTIVE TOWARDS OTHER DOGS OR SHOWING NERVOUS OR ANXIOUS BEHAVIOUR THEN PLEASE CALL US BEFORE BOOKING AS THIS COURSE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE.** PLEASE NOTE - THESE CLASSES TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE IN ALL WEATHER! Our What 3 Words location is https://w3w.co/oddly.firebird.also ADVERSE WEATHER All of our adult dog training classes take place outside and with the British weather being what it is, this occasionally means a class may be postponed in extreme weather conditions e.g. heavy rain, gales, snow or high temperatures. Any postponed lesson will resume as normal the following week which may mean your course runs past its original end date. We will always do our best to run lessons as scheduled to minimise any disruption to your course dates but the safety of our customers and staff has to be our priority.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
