A Cat and Small Animal Visiting Service provides professional, compassionate care for pets in the comfort of their own home while their owners are away. This service is designed to reduce stress for animals by maintaining their familiar environment, routine, and daily habits. The service typically includes feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays or cages, administering medication if required, and providing companionship through play and gentle interaction. Special attention is given to each animal’s individual needs, whether that involves caring for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, or other small pets. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
