Worcester Dogs offer a personalised service to fit in with your family and valuable time for both Puppies and Adolescent Dogs! • One to one - we focus only on you and your dog's needs • Tackle head on the issues that matter – biting the kids, chewing, house training and pulling on a lead • Prevent Behavioural problems so you never have to face the stress, damage and heartache this can bring • Flexible hours and training times to suit you • Have a dog to be proud of by investing in him or her and you will avoid time, worry and expense later • These packages are bespoke to you and tailored so as you get the best training solutions to meet your dog's needs. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
