Service Description
Does your dog sometimes act without thinking? Does he lose his mind when he sees another dog and just wants to run over and play? Does he love everyone and get over excited when he greets people, jumping up and silly? Do they seem to lose all focus and control when there’s something more interesting to play with? Try as you might, your dog is just far more excited with what else is going on than they are with you? Does your dog struggle to focus and listen to you when there are dogs, people or other distractions around? Do they seem to completely ignore you when there is a distraction? Do they need to learn to settle in a busy environment. Do you find larger group classes stressful? Wish your dog could listen and focus in a group of people or dogs? Then your dog needs IMPULSE CONTROL! Teach your dog to focus on you and ignore distractions. Improve your bond and become the centre of the universe for your canine companion. Show your dog that manners are everything when they meet new people and dogs and that a doggy handshake is much more polite than a slobbering hug! Teaching impulse control is important for their ability to interact with others. Nobody likes to be jumped on, dogs or people, by a muddy wet dog or slobbered all over by an exuberant pooch! Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF ANY CLASS OR COURSE WILL NO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. TRAINING CLASSES/COURSES You can cancel your place at any class 2 weeks prior to the start of class and a full refund will be given. Cancellations 1 week until start of class will be given 50% refund and any cancellations after this date no refund will be offered. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. MASTERCLASSES Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before Masterclass commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before Masterclass commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. A client can reschedule a Masterclass only once and up to 48 hrs before the Masterclass commences. COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consultations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay.
