CLASSES FOR PUPPIES FROM 11 WEEKS UP TO 6 MONTHS OLD. Our Tuesday evening class includes a mix of both INDOOR and OUTDOOR tasks when weather allows. Norton Parish Hall, Wadborough Road, Littleworth, Worcester, WR5 2QB Worcester Dogs offer 6 week Puppy Classes for puppies that over 11 weeks old. Our classes are fun, friendly and family orientated. We cover all the basic training you need but most importantly we teach how to build great relationships that last a lifetime. We only use positive reinforcement methods that encourage owners and puppy's to train in a force-free and fun way. We believe every dog is an individual and our highly experienced staff have a wealth of knowledge across all of the breed groups. Our classes are designed so you learn how to build a ‘partnership’ with your new puppy. We are there for you and your pup every paw they take in their big new world with your family. Our 6 week puppy class covers: All core obedience behaviours including sit, down, stay, wait and stand. Eye contact - teaching puppy that looking at you ‘pays’ really well Down & Settle Leave it Drop Lead Walking Food manners and taking food gently Recall basics Whistle Training Food Manners Making hands mean ‘great things are going to happen’ Jumping up · FREE Access to our online training tutorials for puppies of all ages worth £40!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
