FOR PUPPIES FROM 12 WEEKS UP TO 6 MONTHS OLD approximately. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor class which takes place at our training field in Kempsey, Worcester. Classes will go ahead unless we experience extreme weather conditions which may mean a lesson is postponed to the following week. You can find directions and a map on our CONTACT US Page. We accept take puppies from 12 weeks old but we can offer places to younger puppies who can participate in class on a mat until they have received their last vaccination. It is so important for puppies to experience new sights and sounds during the early weeks of their life It is known as the ‘sensitive period’ and a critical learning period for all puppies. For very young puppies (8-13 weeks old) you may wish to attend our 'puppy pre-school' instead. We cover all the basic training you need but most importantly we teach how to build great relationships that last his or her lifetime. We only use force-free, positive reinforcement methods that encourage your new puppy to learn that ‘what gets rewarded gets repeated’. We believe every dog is an individual and our classes are designed so you learn how to build a ‘partnership’ with your new puppy. We are there for you and your pup every paw they take in their big new world with your family. WHAT WILL YOU LEARN? * All core obedience behaviours including sit, watch me, down, settle on a bed, stay, wait and stand * Important safety cues such as teaching puppy to 'leave' and 'drop' items * "Watch me" - Focus skills that teach your puppy that looking at you ‘pays’ really well * Lead Walking * Recall games * Whistle Training * Manners around food and taking food gently. * Happy handling - Building life skills needed for stress free vet visits with handling and grooming tips * Making hands mean ‘great things are going to happen’ * Jumping up · FREE Access to our online training tutorials for puppies worth £40!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
