Does your pooch pull like a train on walk? Would you love to take your dog on holiday this summer and enjoy a relaxing walk along the promenade? Are your lead walks stressful, physically exhausting and not enjoyable? Does your dog choke themselves on their collar? If so, then join us for our Loose Lead Masterclass. using only reward-based and ethical methods, we will show you how to train your dog to walk calmly beside you on a lead so that both human and canine can enjoy the experience!! Come and learn lots of top tips and techniques for achieving a confident walk where you and your dog walk together in a calm and relaxed way. Our course includes: - 3 x 1 hour weekly group lessons in our training field - 1 x 1 hour group walk in the real world on the final week. - Follow up email each week with exercises to practice at home **IF YOUR DOG IS REACTIVE TOWARDS OTHER DOGS OR SHOWING NERVOUS OR ANXIOUS BEHAVIOUR THEN PLEASE CALL US BEFORE BOOKING AS THIS COURSE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE.** This masterclass takes place at our training field in Kempsey, WR5 3PA. Or you can follow our what3words link below What 3 Words https://w3w.co/oddly.firebird.also ADVERSE WEATHER All of our adult dog training classes take place outside and with the British weather being what it is, this occasionally means a class may be postponed in extreme weather conditions e.g. heavy rain, gales, snow or high temperatures. Any postponed lesson will resume as normal the following week which may mean your course runs past its original end date. We will always do our best to run lessons as scheduled to minimise any disruption to your course dates but the safety of our customers and their dogs is our priority.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
