Service Description
WHEN BOOKING PLEASE SELECT ANY DATE AND TIME, THEN, ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION YOU WILL BE EMAILED A LINK AND PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE VIDEOS. These videos cover all the training tasks and educational content of our 6 week Puppy class. There are 38 bite -sized videos that we hope will support your puppy journey. They are also really helpful if you miss a week, want to practice at home with added visual support or you were distracted at class with your puppy or even if you are hard of hearing these online videos are really easy to follow and drive success for you both. Training and socialisation are crucial to your puppy’s development so we have compiled a comprehensive training and information package, full of all our core puppy training tasks and exercises you can do at home. These are functional videos demonstrating step-by-step tasks which you can do at yours and your puppy's pace. We use real dogs who make real mistakes, just as you will no doubt experience with your own puppies at home. We show you some of the common pitfalls of puppy training, how to recognise when something isn't going quite right and how to change things to drive success. We have also included short information videos on our most commonly asked questions or problems such as; toilet training, puppy biting, socialisation (and how to do this during the pandemic), car travel, lead walking, food manners, all basic obedience tasks and building great recall and much more...

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
