Bronze package covers 1 x 1 hour session. Ages up to 6 months.
Service Description
Many of our customers prefer to do their puppy training in the comfort of their own home. This is a great option for anyone who cannot attend a group class due to work commitments, or you are struggling with a particular problem that needs individual attention. People also choose individual training when they have young children as easier to involve the whole family in a familiar environment. A Puppy Gold Package can cover all the training elements of a Puppy Class and when combined with a Puppy Social ‘add on’ can be an excellent way to meet other dogs too. Our dedicated puppy trainer, Michelle Scott is on hand to help you tackle all your puppy training challenges from those early toilet training, biting and crate training issues right through to teaching core commands, lead walking or recall training. Every task we teach in our puppy classes can be done at your home and tailored to meet your family needs and your puppy’s training needs. TO BOOK PLEASE USE THE ENQUIRY FORM ON THE CONTACT PAGE AND WE WILL CALL YOU TO ARRANGE A DATE AND TIME. All 1:1 Packages are valid for 6 months ONLY. No refund or part refund can be made after that time.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
