Many of our customers prefer to do their puppy training in the comfort of their own home. This is a great option for anyone who cannot attend a group class due to work commitments, or you are struggling with a particular problem that needs individual attention. People also choose individual training when they have young children as easier to involve the whole family in a familiar environment. A Puppy Gold Package can cover all the training elements of a Puppy Class and when combined with a Puppy Social ‘add on’ can be an excellent way to meet other dogs too. Our dedicated puppy trainer, Michelle Scott is on hand to help you tackle all your puppy training challenges from those early toilet training, biting and crate training issues right through to teaching core commands, lead walking or recall training. Every task we teach in our puppy classes can be done at your home and tailored to meet your family needs and your puppy’s training needs. No refund or part refund can be made after that time.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF ANY CLASS OR COURSE WILL NO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. TRAINING CLASSES/COURSES You can cancel your place at any class 2 weeks prior to the start of class and a full refund will be given. Cancellations 1 week until start of class will be given 50% refund and any cancellations after this date no refund will be offered. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. MASTERCLASSES Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before Masterclass commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before Masterclass commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. A client can reschedule a Masterclass only once and up to 48 hrs before the Masterclass commences. COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consultations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay.
