Service Description
Puppies need a reassuring routine when you can't be there. We offer this service for puppies from 8 weeks old. We can visit your puppy in your home once or twice a day depending on your needs. Each visit will be tailored to you and your puppy‘s needs ad typically includes: • Toilet breaks and cleaning up any little accidents too! • We will feed and play with your puppy, cuddles are mandatory! • We always find time to work on their training and are happy to practice any particular area of training you might be struggling to achieve consistently. • As they grow, we take them for a short walk providing a great socialising opportunity to encounter new people, environments and other dogs and to practice good lead walking. • We are also fully insured, and our staff hold a Canine First Aid and CPR certificate. • Flexible service Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm - weekends by arrangement only • Leave us a ‘doggy diary’ and we will complete it on each visit to keep you informed of what we’ve done and anything we’ve spotted. • We will send you photos and videos of our visit so you can see how your puppy is getting on and the progress they are making. Small Animal Visits • 7 days a week for holiday cover • Cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. • Vast experience with reptiles, specifically snakes and lizards. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
