IMPORTANT - ALL DOGS MUST BE COMFORTABLE RESTING IN YOUR CAR BETWEEN THEIR SEARCHES. For dogs that have completed one of our INTRODUCTION WORKSHOP and are on Gun Oil. CAN YOU CRACK THE CODE? This series of scent searches is all about finding the 'hides' to crack the code. Each scent search will have UP TO 4 areas/rooms in different locations and environments. Within each area, there will be an unknown number of hides to find. One of those finds will provide you with a number. If by the end of all your search areas you have successfully found all the numbers, you will be able to open the lock. Each time you successfully open the lock you will receive a certificate. Once you collected 6 certificates you will be rewarded with a FREE SEARCH with Worcester Dogs. Searches will be designed to be fun and motivating for both humans and dogs. However, there will also be challenges in their too - high hides, buried hides, distractions, and inaccessible hides. This series is designed for all levels.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF ANY CLASS OR COURSE WILL NO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. TRAINING CLASSES/COURSES You can cancel your place at any class 2 weeks prior to the start of class and a full refund will be given. Cancellations 1 week until start of class will be given 50% refund and any cancellations after this date no refund will be offered. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. MASTERCLASSES Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before Masterclass commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before Masterclass commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. A client can reschedule a Masterclass only once and up to 48 hrs before the Masterclass commences. COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consultations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay.
