IMPORTANT - ALL DOGS MUST BE COMFORTABLE RESTING IN YOUR CAR BETWEEN THEIR SEARCHES. For dogs that are on Gun Oil. "What is Wildgoose Rural Training? Wildgoose is a Care Farm, a centre that provides care and meaningful; day opportunities for adults with learning difficulties and young people who struggle with school. In 2017 the charity was able to buy this old quarry site and redundant asparagus field. In 2019 we opened the main hub and have continued growing ever since. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the Wildlife Reserve. Wildgoose Rural Training is a very special place that is loved by all the staff and students who are here. Once you set foot here you will never be the same again." This workshop is taking place at a location suitable for your dog to search and further their scent detection skills and will utilise the different environments; car par, buildings etc. You will be able to practice line handling, indication motivation to search. These sessions are for all those who want to continue their dog's journey in the world of scent. You will continue to work on your dog's indication and recognising when they are showing you they have found it! The start of searches in the real world are part of the day too with the beginning of your dog learning how to search a vehicle and outside spaces at nose level. This level is fun, engaging and challenging for you and your dog but human and canine will be a power sharing team doing the job your dog was born to do All the search and scent tasks can be translated in your daily life with your dog and, for those who wish to progress, further advanced scent detection workshops will be offered.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF ANY CLASS OR COURSE WILL NO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. TRAINING CLASSES/COURSES You can cancel your place at any class 2 weeks prior to the start of class and a full refund will be given. Cancellations 1 week until start of class will be given 50% refund and any cancellations after this date no refund will be offered. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. MASTERCLASSES Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before Masterclass commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before Masterclass commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. A client can reschedule a Masterclass only once and up to 48 hrs before the Masterclass commences. COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consultations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay.
