At Worcester Dogs we LOVE Spaniels, in fact we are just crazy about them (especially Michelle Taylor who works in the office).Our spaniel Masterclass is for all spaniels and spaniel mixes. Our spaniel Masterclass is for all spaniels and spaniel mixes. So if you have a Cocker, Springer, Sprocker, Springador, Sprollie, Cockapoo, Cavapoo, Cavachon or any other spaniel mix then this Masterclass is for you. We hear spaniels owners asking us to help them with the same things. So what can you expect from this class? * Improve lead walking * Gun Dog Taster * Tackling prey drive * Recall, recall, recall * Learning to be calm and focused * Settle ​**IF YOUR DOG IS REACTIVE TOWARDS OTHER DOGS OR SHOWING NERVOUS OR ANXIOUS BEHAVIOUR THEN PLEASE CALL US BEFORE BOOKING AS THIS COURSE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE.** PLEASE NOTE - THESE CLASSES TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE IN ALL WEATHER! Our What 3 Words location is https://w3w.co/oddly.firebird.also ADVERSE WEATHER All of our adult dog training classes take place outside and with the British weather being what it is, this occasionally means a class may be postponed in extreme weather conditions e.g. heavy rain, gales, snow or high temperatures. Any postponed lesson will resume as normal the following week which may mean your course runs past its original end date. We will always do our best to run lessons as scheduled to minimise any disruption to your course dates but the safety of our customers and staff has to be our priority.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF ANY CLASS OR COURSE WILL NO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. TRAINING CLASSES/COURSES You can cancel your place at any class 2 weeks prior to the start of class and a full refund will be given. Cancellations 1 week until start of class will be given 50% refund and any cancellations after this date no refund will be offered. This will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances. 1:1 SESSIONS Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before training package commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before training session commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. All 1:1 Dog Training Packages must be completed within a 6-month period except upon prior written agreement. MASTERCLASSES Once booked these sessions can be cancelled two weeks before Masterclass commences and receive a full refund. Cancellations 1 week before Masterclass commences receive a 50% refund and no refunds are given for cancellations after this time except in exceptional circumstances and prior written agreement. A client can reschedule a Masterclass only once and up to 48 hrs before the Masterclass commences. COVID 19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION In the event of the introduction of a national or local lockdown all payments taken for 1:1 training, training classes or behaviour consultations will either become a credit on your file or they will continue in an appropriate online format. No refunds will be given but every option will be explored to ensure learning continues for you and your dog safely and in line with your original training goals. All classes will be honoured but please note that COVID-19 government restrictions may result in a delay.
