Service Description
Our ‘Terrible Teenagers’ class is a 6 week course aimed at dogs from 6 months to 3 years old approx. The exercises we do across the course have been designed to address the most common issues our customers tell us they need help with. So what can you expect from this class? * Improved lead walking * Strategies to deal with distractions of other people and dogs * Recall games designed to get your teenage dog coming back to you more consistently * Reinforcing the basics - sit, stay, eye contact, wait/stay, drop, leave it, lead walking and recall * Reducing jumping up at people * Reducing frustration behaviours like barking for attention * Increased impulse control - learning to wait for good things * Reinforcing calmer behaviours * Listening to you more The classes take place at our Training Field in Kempsey. Our What 3 Words location is https://w3w.co/oddly.firebird.also ADVERSE WEATHER All of our adult dog training classes take place outside and with the British weather being what it is, this occasionally means a class may be postponed in extreme weather conditions e.g. heavy rain, gales, snow or high temperatures. Any postponed lesson will resume as normal the following week which may mean your course runs past its original end date. We will always do our best to run lessons as scheduled to minimise any disruption to your course dates but the safety of our customers and staff has to be our priority. **IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF THIS COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR DOG (E.G THEY ARE REACTIVE TO PEOPLE / DOGS OR SHOW SIGNS OF NERVOUS / ANXIOUS BEHAVIOUR) THEN PLEASE GIVE US A CALL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ADVISE YOU FURTHER OR OFFER ALTERNATIVE TRAINING OPTIONS**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
